Mugiho Abe, RMT

I have been in the physical rehab field in the past 10 years, starting as an assistant therapist back in Japan.  After graduating school for massage therapy in 2010 from Fleming College, I have primarily focused on Fascial release technique, dynamic tape (Sports taping) as well as TMJ: temporomandibular joint (Jaw joint) treatment, where I worked closely to local dental offices.
In my free time, you will most likely find me playing with my dog, gardening in the summer, and being active in general.  Active life style has always been a part of my life ever since I was a child.  Swimming, yoga, running and traditional martial art (Kendo) are my passion and where my heart lies!

My core desire as a therapist is to improve people’s quality of life through manual therapy, so that you can thrive and not just survive, so you can enjoy life instead of resting and recovering from daily stress or pain on weekends.   I want my clients to be able to strive in their lives as they wish.
My mission (and passion) here is to help you to get to where you want to be in your health and wellness goals. Throughout the process, I will give you the tools to achieve those goals. Your success in health is my reward!
